- 2 Comprehensive Dental Exams per year
- 2 Professional Cleanings per year (regular cleanings only; credit can be applied toward periodontal maintenance if needed)
- 2 Periodontal Screenings
- All Necessary X-rays (Full Mouth every 3 years, Bitewings twice yearly, plus additional as needed)
- Intraoral Images as needed
- 1 Emergency Exam with Essential X-rays
- 2 Fluoride Treatments (when recommended)
- 2- 0% OFF all additional treatments, including cosmetic services, implants, and Invisalign® (some exclusions apply)
