Meet Preethi Kuknooru
Dr. Kuknooru's journey into dentistry is a testament to her deep devotion to both healthcare and the values she holds dear from her rich cultural background in India. Growing up, she recognized early on how dentistry uniquely blends art, science, and human connection—elements that have continued to inspire her throughout her career
Foundational education
After completing her pre-med studies, Dr. Kuknooru pursued a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in India. Her passion for the field only grew stronger when she moved to the United States, where she had the opportunity to collaborate on cephalometric analysis research with faculty at UCSF, an experience that deepened her understanding of dental science and research.

Advanced Education
She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University (NYU), a highly respected institution ranked #9 in the U.S. and #10 globally for its dental program. Following graduation, Dr. Kuknooru honed her skills by working as an associate dentist in several distinguished private practices in California and Texas, accumulating over 10 years of hands-on clinical experience.

Driven by vision and passion, Dr. Kuknooru opened her own dream dental office. With an eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care, she aims to create a welcoming, state-of-the-art space that reflects her dedication to the art and science of dentistry. Patients enjoy a place where they receive top-tier care in an environment that emphasizes comfort, trust, and a personalized approach to oral health.
Home Life
She loves spending family time with her husband and their son. They love to travel and try new restaurants together. A self-proclaimed adrenaline junky, she enjoys water sports, scuba diving, sea cave tours, and running half marathons. When she wants to calm things down, she practices yoga or visits the beach.
